✅ General Rules

• 1 RV per space. Extra vehicles must be approved and parked in guest areas.

• RVs must be self-contained and in good condition (no units older than 15 years unless approved).

• Speed limit: 10 MPH – strictly enforced.

🧼 Cleanliness

• Sites must be clean and organized at all times.

• No tarps, window A/Cs, excessive storage, or makeshift structures.

• Trash must be bagged and placed in dumpsters – no dumping gray/black water on the ground.

🚫 Prohibited Items

❗ DO NOT bring the following onto the property without written approval:

• Junk or scrap materials

• Metal, construction debris, or large equipment

• Any other materials that clutter or affect the appearance of the park

Unapproved items will be removed at the tenant's expense.

🔇 Noise & Conduct

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

• No loud music, yelling, or disruptive activity

• No drugs or illegal behavior – immediate eviction

• Alcohol in moderation only (no public intoxication)

🐾 Pets

• Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after

• No aggressive breeds or constant barking

• 2 pets max unless approved

🔥 Fires

• Use only approved fire pits or BBQ grills

• No open fires on the ground – check burn bans

⚡ Utilities

• Do not tamper with electric, water, or sewer connections

• Report any damage or leaks immediately

• Use proper adapters and sealed sewer connections

🧍‍♂️ Visitors

• All visitors must check in and leave by 10 PM

• Overnight guests must be approved

💵 Rent & Stays

• Rent is due on time – late fees apply

• No subletting or unauthorized RV swaps

• Long-term stays must be approved
